For online purchases, we offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns made within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please note that after this period, returns cannot be accepted. Store Credit will be applied through an online gift card provided to you through the email you provided.

Kindly be aware that items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, as well as those listed in our SALE category, are considered FINAL SALE. This includes accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, pajamas, makeup, sweatshirts, swimwear, and athletic wear. Any items marked as FINAL SALE on the packing slip will not be eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, items must be in impeccable condition, free from makeup or deodorant stains, perfume residue, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any other stains.

Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges at this time.

Please bear in mind that for USPS mail, a waiting period of 15 days from the expected delivery date is necessary before we can initiate the claim process for a missing package.

While we strive to ensure the timely delivery of your orders, please note that we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. Should your products be marked as delivered but you haven't received them, kindly get in touch with the carrier directly to address the issue.

Furthermore, any delays in delivery caused by our mail carriers are beyond our control, and we regret that we cannot refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
